These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cloudvergeuae.com website (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Cloudverge FZE ("Cloudverge", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and reviewed regularly. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at 5%.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

4. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout through PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. Cloudverge does not store full card details on its servers. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery in supported areas.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. While we make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, product photography, copy, and design — is the property of Cloudverge FZE or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws. 8. User conduct

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Site.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order information.
• Do not misuse promotional codes or exploit pricing errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Cloudverge FZE's total liability arising out of or in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
