Six things that have to be true before we list anything
The catalogue is short because each of these takes time. It is also the reason a product page reads like a specification rather than an advertisement.

The specification is written down
Material, finish, dimensions and weight are recorded from the product itself before the page is written. If a figure cannot be confirmed, it is left off rather than estimated.

The box contents are counted
Every page lists exactly what arrives — the item, the accessories, the cable, the pouch. Nothing is described as included unless it is in the carton.

Care is realistic
Cleaning and maintenance notes describe what the material actually tolerates, including the things it does not: dishwashers, direct sun, prolonged soaking.

Compatibility is stated plainly
For anything electrical or magnetic we state the input, output and the device standard it works with, so you can check it against what you own.

Personal care is labelled in full
Skincare listings carry the volume, the INCI ingredient list and batch handling guidance in the same format as the pack.

Every listing is written individually
The range is grouped into eight departments, and each product is written, photographed and answered for on its own terms. When something can no longer be supplied reliably, it comes off the site rather than sitting as a dead listing.
Materials
How these materials behave over time
Most returns start with a surprise. These notes describe how the four material families in the range age, mark and clean, so nothing that arrives is unexpected.
- Vegetable-tanned leather
- Tanned with plant tannins rather than chrome salts. It arrives pale and firm, darkens with handling and takes on the marks of daily use. Keep it away from prolonged water and let it dry naturally if it gets wet.
- Ceramic and glass
- Fired ceramic bodies and pressed glass carry small variations in glaze pooling and wall thickness. These are characteristics of the process, not defects, and no two pieces are identical.
- Stainless steel
- Used where contact with food, water and heat is constant. Matte finishes show fingerprints less than mirror ones, and hand washing keeps the coating intact far longer than a dishwasher cycle.
- Woven and recycled textiles
- Ripstop, canvas and brushed cotton behave differently in the wash. Each textile item lists its wash temperature and whether it can be tumble dried, on the product page and on the sewn-in label.

Small fixes, before you ask us
Leather that has darkened unevenly
Even out the tone by handling the lighter areas more, or leave it in indirect daylight for a few hours. Do not use household polish or solvent cleaners.
A candle burning down one side
Let the first burn run long enough for the melt pool to reach the edge of the glass. After that the wax will follow the same line each time.
Marks on a matte coated finish
A damp cloth and a dry buff removes most marks. Abrasive pads and scouring cream will take the coating off with the mark.
A charging pad that has stopped holding a device
Remove any thick case or metal card between the pad and the device, and check the supplied cable is in the pad rather than a substitute of a lower rating.
- Are the photographs the actual product?
- Yes. Each listing carries a pack shot, a detail crop of the material and a scale image, all shot under the same warm light so colours read consistently across the range.
- Do prices change during checkout?
- The product price does not change. Any applicable tax and delivery charge is itemised in the order summary before you continue to payment.
- Can I buy more than one of an item?
- Each listing states a maximum quantity per order. The cart enforces it, so an order cannot be placed above the published limit.
- What happens after I pay?
- You receive an order reference on screen and by email. That reference is what you quote in any question, and what the order lookup page uses to show the current status.
