Shipping Policy

Cloudverge ships from its Sharjah warehouse to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains our dispatch times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.

1. Dispatch

Orders placed before 3 PM Gulf Standard Time (Sunday to Thursday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM, on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

2. Delivery timelines

• Standard delivery (1–3 business days): available to all seven emirates.
• Express delivery (next business day): available for Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi city addresses when ordered before 3 PM GST.

3. Shipping costs

• Standard delivery: AED 25, or free on orders over AED 200.
• Express delivery: AED 45.
• Cash on Delivery: an additional AED 10 handling fee may apply.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with real-time updates from our delivery partner. If your tracking information hasn't updated in 48 hours, contact us and we'll investigate.

5. Failed deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. You can request a re-delivery for an additional fee, or a refund minus outbound and return shipping costs.

6. International shipping

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is planned for future rollout.
